The hotel amenities were great, especially the swimming pools. the restaurant had good food and nice atmosphere, with plenty of seating areas. the staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. Our room was clean and cozy with comfortable bedding.
Some guests attending events seem to receive preferential service over regular guests.

The pool area was a great place to relax and unwind after a long day of business meetings. The water was clean and refreshing, and the pool chairs were comfortable. Another plus was the location to nearby restaurants and shops - we didn't have to go far to find good food and have some fun. the amenities offered were enjoyable.
My experience at this hotel was not all positive. My biggest complaint was about the restaurant service.

I was blown away by the hotel's swimming pools. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The hotel staff did an outstanding job of maintaining the pools, ensuring that they were crystal clear at all times. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal for those who enjoy spending time in the water, as it provided easy access to the pools from any part of the hotel. The parking was also ample, making it convenient for guests to park their vehicles near the pools.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The hotel is located in a convenient area and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room service was prompt and the housekeeping kept our room clean and tidy. We enjoyed the amenities such as the indoor and outdoor swimming pools and the spa facilities. The sun terrace provided a lovely place to relax and soak up the sun. The restaurant offered a wide range of delicious meals and the continental breakfast was satisfying.
We highly recommend this hotel to families.

the hotel was located near some great places to eat and a shopping area with plenty to do. Another advantage was that the staff was helpful and polite.
We arrived late and wanted to eat right away, but were told the restaurant was full even though there were empty tables.
